Bad service
I'm so annoyed by the service of vumatel n webafrica I was assisted by an agent who was in a rush to cover a sale and look through and ask relevant questions these a line already in the yard and mine was suppose to be a second line now they are telling me to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for my request for a send line to be approved or declined n worst part is that I'm working from home and I need my services working just because of *********** agent who was suppose to do his job properly I'm in this mess and now in that 2 to 3weeks waiting period they are closing on the 22 of December that means I will be assisted in January such a disaster my contact ***

18 Dec 2022, 12:55I'm still waiting I have not been installed they called me and told me installers will come Thursday till today I'm waiting what kind of service is this to get a second line it's so difficult and I'm ****ed because I stay in a house I'm not renting here, can someone get back to me or I just have to move to a different service provider
