Bad service

I have recently moved from Afrihost to Vodacom. Both are with Vumatel. I have been struggling 3 days now just to get my line activated. We are unable to work from home. Vodacom keeps telling me they need a SR number from Vumatel and Vuma just drops the line in my ear.
