Bad service

Yhoooo my line was installed on the 11th even today it’s still not activated my ISP is Vodacom they keep on escalating my issue to vumatel but nothing happens vumatel used to be good I enjoyed their services back then but yhooo now they really went from good to bad

Vuma OVC-*** Vodacom SR*** honestly I’m losing hope apparently the recent update is Vodacom used a wrong address but how come the Vuma technician was able to come and install the router? Okay my physical address is 19 Sagittarius Avenue Reyno Ridge 1049 unit number 184 village 2 name of the eastate is Ridgeview

My ISP sent you guys a correct address I don’t know where you got your address and if you got a wrong address how did Vuma agree to come install the router at my place which address did they use for that?So you are telling me they gave you a correct to come install the line and gave you a wrong address for installation does that make sense to you? Get my line up and running now I don’t want stories
