Bad service

I have done a relocation for my lines in die beginning of december. Coolideas which is my isp was give me feedback on a daily basis which was awesome until it was escalated to vumatel to make appointment for the lines. On the 31st of December the technician phones me and made an arrangement for the 2nd of January at 10:00. I am still waiting for them. No calls no emails from them. I phoned them, emailed them, phoned my isp to contact them but nothing. Vumatel you will never be as amazing as coolideas, that people knows how to do business, you still have a far way to ho if you will ever get there.
