Bad service

I am so disappointed in the level of service I'm getting from this company. They have installed the WIFI router on 8/11 and to date no activation was done. I spoke to 3 different agents who said they will escalate this query to a technician but it just don't sorted.. So between Vuma tell and Homeconnect your service sucks and I would not recommend you to anyone.. My main concern is that if this is the kind of service I'm getting as a new customer ,what lies ahead for me😡😡😡
