BAD SERVICE

Service is very bad. I regret signing with Vumatel FLYCOOL, ever since I signed up with them every 4-5 days of every month I experience signal issues and there is not a single person interested in responding to the messages I send, from day 1 I had issues. They say the Wi-Fi is unlimited for the whole month when they know that every month there are few days taken off, in my area there is no signal issues other peoples Wi-Fis are on and it’s only me who always get cut off. Even now I sent them messages yesterday and I spoke to the bot 🤖 still today my chat is not attended to or they don’t answer call, I have screenshots of every chat I have with them, VERY BAD SERVICE I won’t lie. I REGRET SIGNING UP WITH THEM!!
