Bad service

Network was down for 2 days over the weekend and after it was fixed my router could not work anymore, I called Vuma and their ISP Afrihost to send a technician to come and assist since I pay every month but nothing has been done and no one has contacted me regarding the fault, I am without internet and I was supposed to work from home now I am at odds with my superiors at work and still without internet
