Bad Service

It's been 7 days since I paid vumatel to reconnect my line but to no avail the funny thing is it’s them who didn’t deduct from my account, i then called them inquiring why they haven’t deducted they said they will but instead they disconnected me and till now i still haven Reconnected. I then called the call centre line which one of the agents said i should provide you with proof of payment and the consultant told me that they see the payment was received from their side but he is not sure why i was not reconnect
