Bad service

Good day. I've been struggling to change my password since last week. I whatsapp Flycool because the number I called wasn't reachable at all. Someone eventually helped on Friday but still the same issue is still not sorted. I've sent another whatsapp today by 11am and still no response. Their service is really bad 👎 👎 👎
