Bad service

I'm dissapointef with axxess wifi company.. I logged call with them because their technicians came to install wifi but they left some damages on the wall.. I've been communicating with them using all their communicating platforms, then the other lady called saying technicians are coming.. After that when I do followup I've been told that the call is closed due to no response.. I dnt know which response cause they even asked the picture which I sent via email
