Bad service

Worst customer service I have been offline since the 26 -02-22 they came and fixed it then the next day it was down and they never returned I have been calling them almost every day but no body comes to re install the firbre cable now I am expected to pay for something I am not using and how will I be compasated for the week that it was offline and my showmax and Netflix am paying without using them because of vumatel
