Bad Service

Absolutely horrible service from this provider , I ordered their Wifi Package on 26th October and made payment immediately, then they committed to install the fibre 2 days later which was 28 October they failed to commit to their installation date I called and sent countless emails to them with no update or even response for weeks until they came only on the 20th of December 2025 almost 2 months later now I have had their fibre for 2 days and now I’m left stranded and without internet because they are expecting me to pay another monthly subscription fee please make it make sense what am I paying for ? I have had their internet for 2 days only and now they want another payment from me incredibly dissatisfied and dissapointed with their service , worst they don’t even have a landline you can’t even call them I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone honestly
