Bad Service

I made payment online R399. on the 1/03/24. I have been making lots of calls to find out when I are they coming to install their WiFi. They keep on promising to come out. On the 8th I went to their Office at E****wa (Daveyton) I was still promised for the next day that I will receive a call still today no answer. This morning I made a call, I was still told that I'm not the only one who still waiting for connection. Their services it really suck. Please can someone expose this Vuma company
