Bad service

I've had this fibre since last yr I can rest assure u its not worth ur money. All I have is complain after complain. What nonses is this that when u have a problem customer service will refuse to give u a ticket number where as the same people that are meant to render a service to u don't do they bit. This is so annoying this fibre the network is so damn slow service is appauling. U have a problem never gets fixed ice been complaining for month on Facebook and on this platform abt my network issues bt till this day no one has ever bothered to check my fibre they keep telling me abt n stupid ticket number to investigate. Call center they ask what ticket number do I want and I keep getting the run around. It's very frustrating. Can someone tell abt telkom fibre I saw they have the same prices I think I'd rather go there I'm sick of this I have to beg these ppl for help. I'd rather look for another service provider.
