Bad service

I recently installed fiber in my house and it only worked for 2 days and it stopped working Saturday and numerous times I've tried to phone Webafrica and have not been assisted because I've had to stay on the line for hours and it gets cut off without being assisted at the technical department. I have gone back o the service provider to seek help and could not get help because they too could not go thru to Webafrica. I have never experienced such bad service and I regret ever taking my business to them
