Bad Service

I have downgraded my package to a lower package on the 1st of August so that it reflects on the 1st of September it is two months now and still shows pending on quering it with Web Africa they say it is Vumatel that needs to do the downgrade. Web Africa and Vumatel is now forcing me to pay the higher package for the second month wich I cant afford hence the downgrade. Why cant they just do their job and do the downgrade before the 1st of OCTOBER this is really bad service from day one when I signed up I had problems
