Bad service

I paid for installation at vumatel on the 25 of July and they said it takes 5 working days for installation n they never called m or come after 2 weeks I tried to reach them they said in 24 hours the consultant will call me but no one still after a month I tried to reach them they said they will solve the issue then after a 5 weeks I told them I wanted a refund they said ok a consultant will email till today no one dd n now it's worse they need even answering on their what's app
