Bad service!!!!!!

This service is pathetic!!! I've been given incorrect turn around times from the time of applying for the wifi I've waited almost 2months for an agent to get back to me to get the ball rolling I ended up calling them myself I've been requested to make payment I did so immediately I ended up having to follow up again for installation thereafter I waited nd had to call again for the tech to come out n connect... The tech advised that I should give it couple of minutes I'll receive password turns out after 3hrs I called back n was advi9that it will take 24to48hrs to be connected.. This is insane and very poor service delivery!!!!!!!!
