Bad service

Vumatel has very bad customer service, my line was out from Fri midday, logged a fault. The turnaround time was said to be 24/48hours. Called numerous times to Vumatel support, have been told that a technician has been assigned from Saturday.

Monday morning I called and was put on hold by support for over 6-7 min... called again, again on hold. Requested to speak to a manager but not been a available... then no manager around.

Overall disgusted with the service...
