Bad service

I'm highly disgusted at the service they provided me my line does not even work. I've been battling for 2 months now. I pay for an internet service I cannot use. Because they have definately botched up the line. The first month they kept telling Webafrica they need to bring out a civil team to get us connected. That never happened. One day a technician arrived and apparently worked a miracle, after giving them my first review. Unfortunately I don't think this Technician knew what he was doing because the line he miraculously connected does not work. This is simply not acceptable and I am sick and tired of NO after sales service. I hope they check their reviews on Hello Peter. They need to be in contact with me
