Bad service

Dear hello Peter, I have been using Vuma internet connection and for the past 3 months I have had terrible service from them. I have to pay full amount every month but the internet connect only works 2 weeks. This month again have not had connection for 2weeks and when I whatsapp them they told technicians will come and sort it out but no one came. I have been with them on the phone countless time and now they are tell me that due to my area they have to come with protection,it's dangerous. When I was joining they didn't tell me all this and now they have stories. I am so sick of this back and forth, and I find it very disrespectful that I have to pay for service I am not getting.
