Bad service

Haven’t had internet connectivity since Sunday, when I called on Sunday I was told that there’s an issue in area which vumatel is attending to 3 days later still no feedback and no internet. This has been an on going issue with internet connectivity and the resolution time is always a long wait and no communication to the customers. I have to call each day to get an update. Really unprofessional and frustrating!
