Bad Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the worst experience with these people. Tickets are logged from different service providers and they simply do not care to fix what ever is not working.

The Delft Voorbrug area is offline for almost 2 weeks now. People are loosing business (those self employed) wasting unnecessary money on data and the Vuma technicians dont give a damn.

I am with Home connect and they are logging tickets and who ever is receiving the tickets do not do their job - This must be taken further, you expecting us to pay for something which we do not use.
