Bad service

I cannot wait for 4weeks to be installed this is a second line I have tenants who have been installed mine is suppose to be a second line n I waited 4weeks with no communication back to back some agents cancelled my line as duplicate without calling me to confirm its a mess vuma n web africa their bad service sucks

This is whats going to happen cancel my order and give me back my money I'll try another service I'm working from home how am I suppose to work
