Bad service

Hi I have a bad experience with vuma their service is very poor and they don't care about they customers. I have made payment on 28 of April since today I haven't got my service. When I complain no one is willing to assist me. I have asked for refund but they don't want to give my money back. They have mistreated me and I am working from home and it affecting my job. Please assist me to get my money back.
