Bad service

I pain a monthly subscription of R389 on the first of November 2024 to fly.cool an ISP which is under vumatel. I have been emailing fly.cool non stop since the first these people promise you that your internet connection is up and running, only to find out that its a lie when you knock of from work and ive had technicians at my place a number of times but they did not find anything wrong with the router/hardware. All i can just say from here vumatel, you should be ashamed to associate with such a terrible service provider.
