Bad service
Highly disappointed with the Vumatel who have taken over CellC fibre clients. Our subscription goes up from R599 to R 749. We have not been afforded the opportunity to cancel without penalties. My gripe is that my contract was with CellC and not Vumatel. Catch a wake up Vumatel. You are going to find many subscribers canceling their contract

21 May 2021, 11:35That's your standard reply to everyone. How is it that Phoenix can be on a lower rate than us. Yet you say it requires a substantial investment. Phoenix pays half the amount we pay. The infrastructure is already present at my house. I am already a subscriber so where is the cost coming from? Vumatel just want to make money from us. Ripping people off .
