Bad service

My service hasnt worked since it got installed on the 5th of Dec. Its been two full weeks. This has become such an inconvience because everytime i seek help SADV sends me to Vuma and Vuma send me back to the network provider. This has been the worst wifi service iv ever got

I am not getting any help or any resolution. All i need is for this nonsense to be removed from my wall and premises as its a constant reminder of the failed or they fix their mess fast!!!!
