Bad service

Worst service ever, paid for the service that I currently can't enjoy. I have been calling Flycool to check on the progress, with constant follow-ups. I sent emails that are not actioned. Yet there's two of these place's with the same problem, the other one it's an issue that's been pending for a year and the other it's been a month. All fully paid... Dissapointed Pensioner
