Bad service 😡😡

I trusted Vuma I’m a new client haven’t experienced such a bad service ever I wanted Vuma because I’m working from home and my connection is not good I used my transport money and pay you guys hoping you will come and install since the 7th July waiting for you the Agent that was assisting me she’s no Ignoring my messages 😡are you ****mers guys?I want money back you can’t offer want you promise when doing the application I’m so disappointed I have to get money to go to office next week again please refund my money please !!!😡
