Bad poor service

I'm so disappointed this is the second time,, number to call.. You tell them to debit on the 25 they debit on the 31. Not sure if the people are incompitend or the service it self is very poor I'm so disgusted really and so inconvenient.. My service are off and they number is always busy.. This is a ****ty service really
