Bad into Positive

Review with a difference... They turned a bad experience into a positive one, how? By responding to my negative review - they followed up although after two weeks & installed the ONT box at the exact location I wanted initially. Well done to Blessing from Vuma (3rd party installer) & his team...but my bad miscommunication from my wife led to the negative review initially as the installer had left his number
