Bad internet problems with vumatel at certain times

Hi I've started doing trading and I noticed when I'm in big profits like 48 percent and I close it, I come back to see its not closed and end up with only 10 percent profit. ALso had an issue when I thought I closed it when I was 2 percent and I come back to see im in negative 30 percent and ended up not sleeping stressing to try get my money back. I thought the problem was because I needed to log in again as it thought it could of logged me off while it still shows trade open. But only recently I saw last night I notice on my computer with vumatel fiber that the prices on bitcoin where different from what I see on my phone using mobile data. I noticed there's dew minute delay on the prices using vumatel fiber and I ran I speed test showing 0.10 percent or less download speed and 30 percent packet loss and I've notice this problem occurs at certain times and also came across this articlehttps://mybroadband.co.za/news/fibre/477623-pay-vumatel-for-50mbps-get-0-1mbps.html . I've been loosing money and potentially big gains because of vumatel bad internet issue at certain times. People could be loosing huge money when they do trading using vumatel fiber. I really thought the problem was solved with my isp Accelerit and it looks like the problem was all along with vumatel, I also was switching isp to web africa, as I thought it was my current isp fault. It's really frustrating and stressful and this problem needs to be fixed immediately and vumatel is refusing to notice the internet problems are caused by them and the problem should be taken serious and be isscualted to higher ups, for thos problem to be solved
