Bad for business
Vumatel is so unprofessional!!I have been calling for days and no one has been picking up the phone.I would literally wait for a whole 20 mins and still get nothing.Ive tried sending emails to the as I need fibre for my business but they keep telling me that they have sent the information to the team and I get called by vumatel home even though I’ve been saying business. It’s been four weeks now and I still haven’t gotten any information nor a proper calling from the right people.This is very frustrating and annoying I really wish there were zero stars as I would so happily and gladly PUT IT.

17 Sept 2024, 18:49What proof of payment if I can’t even get the ordering done???and how has it been rejected if I can’t even order??I’ve been sending emails to this email but they take FOREVER to respond and on top on that keep telling me the team will call me like I mentioned on the previous review but get called from Vumatel home.And on top of that NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE phone so why did you put a number on your website if we can’t even talk to you???
