BAD FIBRE INTERNET SERVICE

So after my last complaint regarding to Vumatel horrible services you guys only decide to keep up with a good service just for a month it's sad how some off us are working from home and relying on your services but you are failing your paying Customers Since Wednesday I reported my internet off still today iam not assisted I spent my entire weekend with out any wifi connection nobody contact me nothing but every month I pay fully for your service so What must happen All I get is lousy email messages

Your customers service is very bad and poor I mean like really what must happen Your fibre cables are for ever not working BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD internet service My neighbor also stays in Sandton and its just poor service are we the only onces that are receiving poor service from vumatel
