Bad experience from a boy called Sakhe and his colleagues

I am so disappointed in the customer service of Vumatel, the boy who was sent activate my router was very disrespectful. He just came in banging doors and left without saying a word! I asked if he was done with the activation Sakhe and the other boy he was with just left without a word. I called customer service to ask for his name and Surname and the customer service representative said he does not know Sakhes Surname. They're very *********** and rude. All in all I would not recommend their services to anyone!!
