Bad customer service vumatel!!

If I could give zero stars I would! The level of disrespect I have experienced today is something I have never experienced in my entire 70 years. When I attempted to phone the office of this establishment to pay my debit order, the level of disrespect was beyond putrid,three consecutive employees put the phone down on me and would not even give me their names. I have tried my best to communicate with them for a full day, at 2:10pm they told me it's almost closing time (which is at 3pm) and then proceeded to put the phone down in my face. Now I'm going another day with no WiFi. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. Not helpful, very rude. Do better vumatel!!
