Bad customer service!! IM SHOCKED

This is my 3rd complaint on on Hello Peter for Fly.Cool. They only respond once a hello peter complaint and they will respond with lies and promise to fix your problem and after that it goes quiet no cares. I registered as a new client on the 19th of July and made payment. I waited and waited for installation and no one still cares to assist me. The someone went and changed my address and now my tickets were closed. I was told that they need to add 3rd line to my address and funds will be transferred to the 3rd line,this was 2weeks ago. I keep calling no one knows what's going on. I have 4 reference numbers which have been closed with no reason. No one response on WhatsApp,I'm forced to complain here which is so annoying and I feel like they do investigate the matter and come back with feedback.

I will never ever recommend Vuma/ Fly.cool to anyone as their services is extremely bad. The call centre will refer you to their WhatsApp platform which no1 responds to. The only response you'll get is here with lies that they are working on the problem and never come back to you. I Demand my money back immediately as you failed to assist me. I've tried being patient but I'm feed up!! I've seen past reviews where clients also struggle to get refunds, I saw a post where someone has been complaining since Nov 2023.

I've never dealt with this type of company before and I'm disgusted by the unfair treatment I've received. I will take this up with ISPA as I have all the reference numbers,emails and complaints should you lie to me 1more time.
