Bad customer service from Vumatel

The message "Vumatel is currently experiencing a fibre break that is affecting users in Sherwood, Summerstrand. Vumatel Engineers are currently working on restoring services." is a generic answer copied and pasted over and over! As a customer that relies on a stable internet connection, you expect a better answer. It has been days without fibre now and this is still the answer I am getting. Vumatel customer service is pathetic and their internet connection is either not working or highly unstable
