Bad Customer Service, Fiber Not Working Right

Horrible service and just negligence from the company and it’s reps. my fiber hasn’t been working right for over two weeks now and I filed a ticket with them last Wednesday which they said would be resolved within 24-48hrs, it’s been 8 days now and they keep giving me the runaround. It is impossible to speak to a manager and the last agent I spoke to was so condescending
