Bad customer service

Been trying to get someone to assist since last week. Very frustrating!! My parents were so excited to finally have fibre installed and now they have endless problems with no connection available. They are pensioners and struggle to follow instructions over the phone. Telkom contacted my mom and they said her router needs to be configurated. She took it in and telkom tried however they said that they would contact vumatel to come to the property to fix the problem. A week later and no one has arrived. After numerous calls, emails, social media posts we have really had enough.
