Bad customer service and worse company

Worse company and poor customer service.i paid for my wifi on Friday till today still I'm not connected I called them since from Saturday they don't pick up the phone if they did they will just say I will refer you to another agent then hangup the phone.And I'm also still waiting for my refund since from May till now they always have excuses
