Bad customer service and even worse installation technicians

Absolute horror dealing with this company. They came to my premises to do an installation and left it incomplete with wires hanging out. They have not called me since Monday to let me know why my installation is incomplete. They customer service people answering my call, keep telling me they will get someome to call me and never do. This company is a nightmare to deal with. All I need is my installation complete.
