Bad customer service and customer satisfaction

Bad service and poor customer service It’s almost 3 weeks now a payment has been made but installation Dololo. Every time when you call or do a follow up they make empty promises and never give feedback on your escalation. I have requested for a refund and the agent is not saying anything about it ,not even to keep me on the loop. I’m still waiting for a refund even now . Bad customer service and customers satisfaction
