BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Vumatel BritelinkMCT Soweto regional representative, Gugulethu Ngalonde.

She called me from ***, and I was honestly taken aback by her attitude and the way she spoke to me. Her tone was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. I understand that people have different personalities, but basic respect and professionalism should never be optional, especially in a customer-facing role.

What is even more concerning is that I understand I am not the first person to raise concerns about her conduct.

My concern is not simply about one unpleasant phone call. It is about the standard of customer service that Vumatel/Britelink offers its customers.

I would appreciate management looking into this matter, reviewing the interaction if the call was recorded, and addressing the concerns around customer service in the Soweto region.

She needs to learn how to treat people with Respect!

Customers deserve better.
