bad customer service

Change my account number tried to pay the account with 3 different cards which are Nedbank,Capitec and Standard bank.The error that are got card not accepted.Tried to call customer service for the past 3 days no answer.Went to towatsapp to chat so they can give me an easy payment method to pay at the retailers shop .The answer are got back they told me are cant are need to give them a 1 month notice to change the payment method.

I have never ever encountered such an unprofessional service.Atleast they should have tried to link my card on their cards.You cant tell me all 3 cards dont work and they have sufficient fund in them.
