Bad customer service

I was called by Percy who was very unhelpful and was not willing to listen to what I am saying, he is one of the people who made me cancel this service in the first place the attitude is bad. I actually paid to reinstate the cancelled service and I already was informed by hypa that ot will take 2 hours, thos Percy called and said he want to schedule an installation I told him I already have a device installed I need them to activate, he took my S/N and said all is well it has now been more than 2 hours I still have not been connected
