Bad customer service

The customer service for this company is completely useless, if I could give this company a 0 rating I definitely would, even a negative star rating would suffice at this point. We're paying for a 25Mbps connection but we're hardly getting 1Mbps the last speed test had me at (0,65KBPS) really in this day and age? We've tried reporting this and we've received no help. Please avoid this company, by all means do not use them
