bad customer experience

I am having a bad experience with this Vuma service. When they need you to join they call you non stop but if you need to call them you dont get any help. This is really frustrating because you never have a direct line to query on. I need someone to call me back I really dont understand when is my due date for payment. They just switch off my account when it suits them.
