Bad Communication and Service

We moved to a new house and we switched our line and it was activated. Nevertheless we have a Raycore fibre box that needs power but we cant get the power if we dont have the power adapter. We have been waiting 5 days for a power adapter. I dont know if there is miscommunication between Cool Ideas and Vumatel or if it is juat bad service. But this is not good in any way shape or form.
